GARANTIEBESTIMMUNGEN
Die Altech- Garantie trifft ausschließlich auf fabrikneue Öfen zu und ist für einen
Zeitraum von fünf Jahren nach Anschaffungsdatum gültig. Im ersten und zweiten
Garantiejahr, werden sowohl Material- als auch Arbeitskosten vergütet; im dritten, vierten
und fünften Jahr dagegen, ausschließlich die Materialkosten. Garantieansprüche können
nur über einen anerkannten Altech-Händler oder Altech-Vertreter geltend gemacht werden.
Wurde der Garantiebeweis nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Ankauf an Altech
zurückgeschickt, können Sie lediglich auf die im Lande des Ankaufs zutreffenden und
gesetzlich bestimmten Garantiebestimmungen Anspruch erheben.
Eine Garantie kann nicht übertragen werden.
Die Garantie erlischt, wenn am Ofen von Dritten, also nicht von Altech autorisierten
Händlern oder Vertretern, gearbeitet worden ist und / oder keine Orginal- Bestandteile
werden benutzt.
Nicht von der Garantie gedeckt sind:
Alle dem Verschleiß ausgesetzten Teile, worunter Kordel und Dichtungen, Glasfenster
und Innenverkleidung. Transportkosten, Montage- und Demontagekosten. Schäden, die
auf unrichtigen Gebrauch oder mangelhafte Unterhalt zurückführen sind oder Änderungen
am Ofen. Durch unrichtige Installation entstandene Schäden. Vergütungen eventueller
Folgeschäden.
Bevor der Ofen in Gebrauch genommen wird, hat der Benutzer die
Gebrauchsanleitung und die Garantiebestimmung zu kennen. Bei mangelndem
Unterhalt, erlischt die Garantie.
