  • The remotes that came when the garage door was fitted do not work any more, I have changed the batteries but they still don’t work! I have looked on line and there are no matches! Are you able to supply me directly?

  • The motor is working but the belt is running freely through the red door bracket - how can I fix this? Their doesn’t appear to be anything broken- Submitted on 30-12-2020 at 14:50

  • Why does my garage door not close all the way. It falls short by 15cm, I don’t have manual to show how I can adjust the drive belt, can anyone assist please. Submitted on 10-12-2017 at 09:57
