DIODE:

Beim Messen einer Diode zeigt das Meßgerät die

Schwellenspannung in der Durchlaßrichtung an. In Sperrichtung

zeigt das Meßgerät "Overload" (1) an.

Achten Sie darauf, daß bei diese Meßverfahren dieselben

Regeln gelten wie bei der Widerstandsmessung.

1. Verbinden der rote Teststift mit der V/

Ω

/mA Eingang. Ver-

binden Sieder schwarze Teststift mit der COM-Eingang.

2. Drehen Sie den Meßbereichschalter in Position .

3. Verbinden Sie die Prüfstifte mit der zu messenden Diode.

Achten Sie darauf, daß das Meßgerät nur anzeigt ob die Diode

sperrt oder leitet. Das Meßergebnis sagt nichts über die

Qualität der Diode aus.

TRANSISTOR-TEST:

1. Drehen Sie der Meßbereichschalter in Position hFe.

2. Plazieren Sie den zu testenden Transistor im Transistor-

fuß des TM-16. Achten Sie darauf, daß sowohl die

richtige Polarität (NPN oder PNP) als auch die richtigen

Anschlüsse E(mitter), B(asis) und C(ollector) gewählt

werden.

3. Messen Sie den Verstärkungsfaktor (hFe) und lesen den

Wert auf dem Display ab.
