Problemen en oplossingen
Voordat u contact opneemt met de serviceafdeling kunt u zelf het
volgende doen:
• Zet voor optimale prestaties het toestel van tijd tot tijd even uit.
• Laad de accu altijd volledig op ( ) voor de beste prestaties.
• Sla geen grote hoeveelheden gegevens op in het geheugen van uw toestel.Hierdoor
lopen de prestaties namelijk achteruit.
Vervolgens kunt u de volgende punten controleren:
Ik kan mijn toestel niet aanzetten
• Druk op totdat het scherm aan gaat
• Controleer of de accu voldoende is opgeladen
• Controleer de contactpunten van de accu. Haal de accu uit het toestel, plaats hem
terug en probeer dan opnieuw het toestel aan te zetten
Mijn toestel reageert al een aantal minuten nergens meer op
• Druk op
• Haal de accu uit het toestel, plaats hem terug en zet het toestel opnieuw aan
Mijn scherm is niet goed leesbaar
• Maak het scherm schoon
• Gebruik uw toestel onder de aanbevolen omstandigheden
Mijn telefoon gaat vanzelf uit
• Controleer of het toetsenbord is geblokkeerd wanneer u het toestel niet gebruikt
• Controleer of de accu voldoende is opgeladen
