• Zorg ervoor dat u een aceve internetverbinding hebt zodat de gegevens

tussen uw MOVEBAND en de app op uw telefoon kunnen worden

gesynchroniseerd.

Uw MOVEBAND MB12 reseen

• Zoek Moveband > Moveband reseen op uw telefoon en k hierop

• Tik op 'Alle gegevens wissen en reseen'.

Wat kan ik doen als mijn smartphone geen meldingen kan ontvangen?

Volg de onderstaande stappen om in te stellen dat uw telefoon meldingen van

MOVEBAND kan ontvangen.

1. Schakel de ALCATEL MOVEBAND-app in zodat deze automasch wordt

gestart zodra de telefoon is ingeschakeld.

2. Voeg de ALCATEL MOVEBAND-app toe aan de wie lijst of de lijst met

beveiligde apps.

3. Schakel instellingen voor energiebesparing uit waardoor de app wordt

uitgeschakeld wanneer het scherm wordt vergrendeld.

4. Ga naar Instellingen > Meldingen > App-meldingen > ALCATEL

MOVEBAND. Schakel ALCATEL MOVEBAND-meldingen uit en schakel ze

weer in.

5. Start uw smartphone opnieuw op.
