Het softwarepakket bestaat niet alleen uit een aantal
nuttige applicaties, maar geeft ook nog eens
uitgebreide informatie over uw toestel en de
bijbehorende accessoires. Verder vindt u in het pakket
een handleiding en geeft het toegang tot uiteenlopende
diensten, waaronder de on-line winkel of de
downloadpagina’s van Alcatel, waar u onder meer
nieuwe softwareversies kunt vinden.
De communicatie tussen uw PC en uw
mobiele telefoon verloopt via een infrarood
verbinding. Wanneer uw PC niet
beschikt over een infrarood poort kunt u
een verbindingskabel aanschaffen
(www.alcatel.com).
Persoonlijke gegevens synchroniseren
De organizer in uw toestel kan worden
gesynchroniseerd met het programma waarmee u op
uw PC uw persoonlijke gegevens beheert. Zo hebt u
altijd en overal alle gegevens over contactpersonen,
afspraken en taken onder handbereik.
Gegevens uitwisselen
Wanneer u gebruik maakt van het ingebouwde GPRS-
modem, kunt u met hoge snelheid gegevens van uw PC
verzenden en ontvangen, maar ook uw favoriete
internetsites bezoeken. Met deze software is e-mailen,
faxen of bestanden verzenden kinderlijk eenvoudig. U
kunt ook SMS-berichten verzenden en het
telefoonboek op uw SIM-kaart beheren.
De softwaresuite is niet voor alle modellen
en in alle talen leverbaar.

besturingssystemen en de systeemvereisten
staan vermeld op het hoesje van de cd-rom.
