Het toestel werkt niet naar behoren
Situatie Oplossing
Het toestel start niet Controleer op het toestel correct is aangesloten op een
stopcontact.
Controleer de werking van dit stopcontact.
De ontvochtiger heeft de ingestelde vochtigheid bereikt of
het reservoir is vol.
Het reservoir is niet goed geplaatst.
De ontvochtiger droogt de lucht niet zoals het zou moeten Laat het toestel de tijd om te werken.
Controleer of niets het toestel belemmert.
Controleer of het toestel niet tegen een muur staat.
De ingestelde vochtigheidsgraad is niet laag genoeg.
Controleer dat de deuren, ramen en andere opening
goed gesloten zijn.
De temperatuur in de ruimte is minder dan 5°C
Er bevindt zich een toestel dat veel damp produceert in de
ruimte.
Het toestel maakt veel geluid wanneer in werking De filter is vuil.
Het toestel staat niet recht maar helt over.
Het toestel staat niet op een vlakke ondergrond
Er ontstaat ijs op de compressor Dit is normaal, de ontvochtiger heeft een functie om te
ontdooien.
Controleer of de temperatuur hoger is dan 5°C.
Er ligt water op de grond De drainage darm lekt, ofwel ter hoogte van de
aansluiting ofwel bij de afvoer.
Controleer de aansluitingen.

Garantie
De producten genieten een garantie van 2 jaar, vanaf aankoopdatum, bij voorleggen van de aankoopfactuur, voor defecten te wijten aan
materiaal-, constructie- of fabricagefouten. Deze garantie dekt geen defecten te wijten aan verkeerde aansluiting, verkeerd gebruik of normale
slijting van de producten. Onderdelen zijn beschikbaar tot 2 jaar na aankoop van het toestel.
Air Naturel kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor het verkeerdelijk, gevaarlijk of oneigenlijk gebruik van deze producten.
Dit toestel mag niet bij het huisvuil worden weggegooid. Het moet naar een erkende recyclage plaats voor elektrisch apparaten worden gebracht.
