Falls eine Fehlfunktion auftritt, teilt Ihnen Ihr Händler mit, was Sie tun müssen.
Herstellergarantie: Die Firma SAGEM gewährt auf dieses Gerät eine Herstellergarantie von 24 Monaten ab
Kaufdatum. Alle Fehler in dieser Zeit, die auf Produktion oder das verwendete Material zurückzuführen sind,
werden nach Maßgaben des Herstellers kostenlos nachgebessert. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind
Schäden aufgrund unsachgemäßen Gebrauchs, Verschleißes oder Eingriffs seitens nicht autorisierter
Personen. Falls Sie unsere Herstellergarantie in Anspruch nehmen möchten, kontaktieren Sie bitte unser
technisches Call-Center unter der angegebenen Rufnummer. Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung bleibt von
unserer Herstellergarantie unberührt.
Gewährleistung
AgfaPhoto Bilderrahmen entsprechen dem neuesten Stand der Technik und werden nach strengsten
Qualitätsnormen gefertigt. Sollten Sie ausnahmsweise einen Grund zur Beanstandung haben, so gelten hier
die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüche gegenüber Ihren Verkäufer innerhalb von 24 Monaten ab
Kaufdatum. Die Ansprüche entsprechend dieser Zusage setzen voraus, dass das Gerät ordnungsgemäß
entsprechend der Gebrauchsanweisung für seinen bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch verwendet wurde. Der
Gewährleistungsanspruch wird aufgrund der Vorlage der Originalrechnung bzw. Zahlungsbestätigung
gewährt, welche das Datum des Kaufes und den Namen des Händlers, sowie die vollständige Modell und
Produktionsnummer zu tragen hat. Von der Gewährleistung ausgenommen sind Schäden aufgrund
unsachgemäßen Gebrauchs, Verschleißes oder Eingriffs seitens Personen oder Gesellschaften ohne
entsprechende Befugnis.
