Drie stappen voor een perfecte schuimlaag:
1. Vul een mok voor een derde deel met melk en
verwarm tot ongeveer 60˚C (niet koken!). Voor
milkshakes: zorg dat de melk zo koud mogelijk is.
2. Steek de Aerolatte in de melk tot vlak boven de
bodem van de mok.
3. Schakel de Aerolatte zo’n 15-20 seconden aan, en
draai langzaam circels. Als de melk gaat schuimen,
houd de Aerolatte dan iets hoger zodat hij steeds
net onder de schuimlaag blijft. Schakel de Aerolatte
uit vóórdat hij uit de melk genomen wordt!
Goed om te weten:
• Melk - Gebruik verse, volle, halfvolle of magere
melk. De melk moet ofwel koelkast koud zijn of
verwarmd zijn tot ongeveer 60˚C. Niet koken, want
dan schuimt de melk niet meer!
• Schoonmaken - Reinig de Aerolatte door hem te
laten draaien in heet water met een beetje zeep.
• Batterijen -De Aerolatte wordt geleverd inclusief
twee alkaline AA batterijen.
• Recepten- Ingesloten voor o.m. cappuccino, caffè
latte, hete chocolademelk (in o.m. engels en duits).
• Garantie - Op de Aerolatte geldt 5 jaar garantie op
fabrieksfouten bij normaal huishoudelijk gebruik.
