In het hoofdstuk „Wat is er aan de hand als …“ worden een aantal
storingen genoemd die zelf te verhelpen zijn. Kijk daar eerst in geval
van storing. Als daar geen aanwijzingen te vinden zijn, wendt U zich
dan tot Uw serviceafdeling. Deze is bij U in de buurt en kan – als dat
nodig is – snel ter plekke zijn. (Adressen en telefoonnummers vindt U in
het register „Garantievoorwaarden/serviceafdelingen“.)
Bereidt het gesprek in ieder geval goed voor. Daarmee maakt U de
diagnose gemakkelijker alsmede het besluit of een bezoek van de
servicedienst nodig is. Met onze checklist kan belangrijke informatie
voordat U gaat telefoneren genoteerd worden:
Noteer het PNC-nummer en het S-nummer. Deze twee vindt U op het
merk- en type-aanduidingsplaatje achter de vuldeur van de wasdroger.

Schrijf verder zo precies mogelijk op:
• Hoe uit de storing zich?
• Onder welke omstandigheden treedt de storing op?
• Wordt op het multidisplay een foutmelding aangegeven (( en een
cijfer)?
Wanneer ontstaan er voor U ook tijdens de garantieperiode
kosten?
– als U de storing met behulp van de storingstabel (zie hoofdstuk „Wat
is er aan de hand als ...“) zelf had kunnen opheffen,
– als meerdere bezoeken van de monteur van de technische dienst
nodig zijn omdat hij voor zijn bezoek niet alle belangrijke informatie
gekregen heeft en nu b.v. reserveonderdelen moet halen. Deze extra
ritten kunnen vermeden worden als het telefoontje op de hiervoor
beschreven manier goed voorbereid wordt.
