In het hoofdstuk "Wat te doen als ..." zijn enkele storingen beschreven

die u zelf kunt opheffen. Lees in geval van storing eerst dit hoofdstuk.

Als u daar geen aanwijzingen vindt, neemt u contact op met onze service-

afdeling. (Adres en telefoonnummer vindt u in hoofdstuk "Adres service-

afdeling".)

Bereid het gesprek altijd goed voor. Zo vergemakkelijkt u de diagnose

en de beslissing of bezoek van een servicetechnicus nodig is.

Noteer PNC-nummer en S-nummer. Deze nummers vindt u op het

typeplaatje achter de deur van de droger.

• Hoe doet de storing zich voor??

• Onder welke omstandigheden treedt de storing op?

Wanneer ontstaan er voor u ook tijdens de garantietermijn kosten?

- als u de storing m.b.v. de storingstabel (zie hoofdstuk "Wat te doen

als...") zelf had kunnen opheffen,

- als onze service-technicus u verschillende malen moet bezoeken,

omdat hij voor zijn bezoek niet alle belangrijke informatie heeft

gekregen en nu bijv. onderdelen moet halen. Dit kunt u voorkomen als

u uw telefoongesprek goed voorbereidt zoals boven beschreven.
