Accu uitnemen:
Het uitnemen van een accu in het frame is alleen noodzakelijk als u geen stopcontact in de buurt van de fiets heeft
en dat kan bijvoorbeeld voorkomen in hotels of appartementen waar in de stalling geen 220 v beschikbaar is. Voor
het uitnemen van de accu gebruikt u dezelfde sleutel als van het vaste slot. Zodra u de sleutel naar links draait opent
de accu kap maar valt de accu niet uit de fiets. Een borg zorgt ervoor dat de accu in de fiets blijft en deze borg moet
u met uwduim indrukken om de accu te verwijderen. Voor het verwijderen ga aan de rechtse kant van de fiets staan
(de kant waar u de sleutel in de fiets heeft geplaats om de accu vrij te geven), plaats uw linker hand onder de accu en
met uw rechtse duim (hand) drukt u ter hoogte van het rubber strookje, achter dit strookje de borg naar beneden
drukken en zult u ontdekken dat u de accu van boven eerst uitneemt en van onder mee komt. De kunststof afdekkap
zit op de accu geschoven en komt mee bij het uitnemen.
Accu plaatsen:
Wilt u de accu terug plaatsen dan pakt u de accu weer in uw twee handen waarbij u er rekening mee moet houden
dat het rubber strookje aan uw rechter hand zit dat is de bovenzijde van de accu. Plaats eerst de accu onder in het
frame en voordat u de accu dicht wil drukken in het frame is het belangrijk dat u zorgt dat de kunststof kap naar
beneden gedrukt is voordat u de accu op slot wilt drukken.
Het kan zijn dat u de sleutel voordat u de accu terug wilt zetten naar links gedraaid moet worden zodat de accu op
slot klikt. Pas als de accu op slot is geklikt mag u met deze fiets gaan rijden.
