4 Plaats de aanwijzer op een ander punt om de onzichtbare as te definiëren en kies een van de volgende mogelijkheden:
• Klik om het tweede punt van de onzichtbare as in te stellen. Als u hebt geklikt, wordt het geselecteerde object over de
ingestelde as gespiegeld.
Klik om het eerste punt van de as in te stellen (links). Klik nogmaals om het andere punt van de as in te stellen en het object te spiegelen langs
deze as (rechts).
• Als u een kopie van het object wilt spiegelen, houdt u Alt (Windows) of Option (Mac OS) ingedrukt terwijl u klikt om
het tweede punt van de onzichtbare as in te stellen.
• Pas de spiegelas aan door te slepen in plaats van te klikken. Houd tijdens het slepen Shift ingedrukt om de hoek te
beperken tot 45˚. Tijdens het slepen draait de onzichtbare spiegelas rond het punt dat u in stap 3 hebt ingesteld en wordt
er een omtrek van het object gespiegeld weergegeven. Laat de muisknop los zodra de omtrek op de gewenste plaats staat.
Het tweede punt van de spiegelas slepen om de as te roteren
Voor een betere controle sleept u verder van het referentiepunt van het object af.
Spiegelen door een as op te geven
1 Selecteer het object dat u wilt spiegelen.
• Als u het object wilt spiegelen rond het middelpunt van een object, kiest u Object > Transformeren > Spiegelen of
dubbelklikt u op het gereedschap Spiegelen.
• Als u het object wilt spiegelen rond een ander referentiepunt, drukt u op Alt (Windows) of Option (Mac OS) terwijl u
klikt op een willekeurige plaats in het documentvenster.
2 Selecteer in het dialoogvenster Spiegelen de as waarin u het object wilt spiegelen. U kunt een object spiegelen in een
horizontale, verticale of hoekas.
3 Als het object patronen bevat en u wilt deze patronen spiegelen, selecteer dan de optie Patronen. (Als u alleen de
patronen wilt spiegelen, schakel dan de optie Objecten uit.)
4 Wanneer u het effect wilt bekijken voordat u het toepast, selecteert u Voorvertoning.
5 Voer een van de volgende handelingen uit:
• Wanneer u het object wilt spiegelen, klikt u op OK.
• Wanneer u een kopie van het object wilt spiegelen, klikt u op Kopiëren.
