1. Ga naar JouwACN Mobile (
via onze website, www.acnmobile.nl, of op

) en vervolgens naar Accountgegevens | GPRS |
Instellingen downloaden.
2. Selecteer je telefoon (merk en type) uit het drop-downmenu. Tip. Als je niet weet wat
het modelnummer van je telefoon is, verwijder je de batterij. Je kunt het nummer vinden
op een etiket onder de batterij.
3. Voer je mobiele nummer in en klik op Verstuur mijn instellingen.
4. Volg de instructies op het scherm voor wat je moet doen zodra je het sms-bericht op je
telefoon hebt ontvangen. Sla de instellingen op op de telefoon.
Deze dienst biedt ACN Mobile je gratis aan.
E-mailinstellingen
Niet alleen kun je je vrienden en familie eenvoudig telefonisch bereiken, maar met ACN
Mobile kun je e-mails versturen en ontvan

e op verschillende
manieren in contact kunt blijven.
Hier vind je de vereiste instellingen die je moet downloaden om e-mails op je telefoon te
kunnen ontvangen en via je telefoon te kunnen versturen, waar je je ook bevindt.
Via JouwACN Mobile (via onze website, www.acnmobile.nl, of op
https://jouw.acnmobile.nl) kun je er heel eenvoudig voor zorgen dat de vereiste
instellingen per sms naar je telefoon worden verzonden. Deze instellingen worden
vervolgens automatisch op je telefoon geïnstalleerd.
Als de fabrikant van je telefoon niet in de lijst voorkomt, raadpleeg je de handleiding van
de telefoon en het gedeelte op onze website betreffende het handmatig installeren van de
instellingen.
