4. Heeft digitale telefonie van ACN invloed op de prestaties en snelheid van mijn

internetverbinding als ik mijn computer gebruik?

 U kunt bellen en gebeld worden terwijl u uw computer voor internet

gebruikt, zonder dat uw upload- en downloadsnelheid wordt beïnvloed.

ACN gebruikt geavanceerde audiocompressietechnieken om het

gegevensverkeer dat nodig is voor gesprekken te minimaliseren en de

beschikbare bandbreedte voor uw overige internetverkeer te

maximaliseren.

5. Als ik al een telefoonadapter heb van een ander merk, kan ik deze dan gebruiken met

digitale telefonie van ACN?

 Nee. Alleen ACN telefoonadapters kunnen worden gebruikt met digitale

telefonie van ACN.

6. Is het online plaatsen van een bestelling veilig?

 Ja, ons webportaal is beveiligd met een SSL-certificaat. Dit certificaat

biedt het hoogste niveau van beveiliging voor uw persoonlijke en

betaalgegevens.

7. Kan ik digitale telefonie van ACN bestellen zonder een ACN apparaat of een ACN

apparaat zonder de dienst?

 In het algemeen moeten de dienst en het ACN apparaat samen worden

besteld. Er is echter één (1) uitzondering:

 Voor klanten die een bestaande ACN telefoonadapter hebben zonder

dienst is het mogelijk om een nieuwe dienst te bestellen voor dat

bestaande apparaat door tijdens het bestelproces de volgende optie te

selecteren: "Activering van gebruikte ACN telefoonadapter".

8. Mag ik twee (2) apparaten bestellen bij mijn dienst voor digitale telefonie van ACN?

 Nee, digitale telefonie van ACN werkt met één (1) apparaat. Als u twee

(2) apparaten wenst, moet u ook een bestelling plaatsen voor twee (2)

diensten.
