Frenos
Los frenos constituyen un elemento fundamental del andador Active, por lo
que su diseño está especialmente cuidado. Con el nuevo sistema patentado
los cables de los frenos no quedan a la vista y se reduce considerablemente
la necesidad de mantenimiento en comparación con otros sistemas.
Para utilizar los frenos, basta con presionar la palanca del freno contra la
empuñadura.
Solo requiere un suave gesto para variar la intensidad de la frenada.
Parabloquearlosfrenos(yactivarlosfrenosdeestacionamiento),bastacon
bajar la palanca del freno hasta que se bloquee. Para desbloquear los frenos,
tire de la palanca hacia arriba hasta que regrese a la posición neutra.
Mantenimiento de los frenos
Antes de utilizar el andador Active es necesario
vericarelestadodelosfrenos.Lasfunciones
del freno deben examinarse periódicamente para
mantenerlos en óptimas condiciones de funcionami-
ento debido al habitual desgaste de frenos y ruedas
durante su uso.
Hayunprácticotornillodeajuste(decabezahex-
agonal)localizadoenelperldelapataposterior
(vealaimagendeladerecha).Ajusteeltornillode
tal modo que el brazo del freno quede a 3mm de
larueda.Siaprietaeltornillo(hacialaderecha),aumentaráladistancia,
mientrasquesiloaoja(hacialaizquierda),sereduciráladistancia.
