Los productos ABUS han sido minuciosamente diseñados,
fabricados y comprobados conforme a la normativa vigente.
La garantía se limita exclusivamente a defectos de material o de
fabricación presentes en el momento de la venta. Si se comprueba
que existe un defecto de material o de fabricación, el producto será
reparado o reemplazado a criterio del garante.
En estos casos, la garantía expira una vez transcurrido el período de
garantía original de 2 años. Se excluye expresamente cualquier otra
reclamación.
Las pilas suministradas junto con los aparatos quedan excluidas de
la garantía.
ABUS no se hace responsable de defectos y daños ocasionados por
influencias externas (por ejemplo, a causa del transporte, violencia o
uso erróneo), uso inadecuado, desgaste normal o la inobservancia
de estas instrucciones.
Para hacer uso de la garantía se debe presentar el producto
defectuoso junto con el recibo original con fecha de compra y una
breve descripción por escrito del defecto.
Si descubre un defecto en el producto que ya estuviera presente en
el momento de la compra, póngase en contacto directo con el
vendedor dentro del plazo de los primeros dos años.
