Uw telefooncentrale biedt een gesproken menu, om uw toestel te beheren. Hierbij moet u
denken aan oproep doorschakelen en status wijziging. U kunt in toestelmenu komen door in
te loggen onder uw toestel nummer. Dit gaat als volgt:
Toets een # en neem de hoorn op, of druk op de luispreker/headset toets.
Toets uw toestelnummer in gevolgd door de # toets. Indien u inlogt op uw eigen
toestel kunt u gelijk weer een # toetsen.
Toets uw pincode in gevolgd door de # toets. Indien u geen pincode heeft, kunt u
gelijk een # toetsen. U zit nu in het hoofdmenu.
U kunt op elk intern toestel inloggen, om in uw eigen toestelmenu te komen. U kunt dus een
oproep doorschakeling instellen vanaf elk willekeurig toestel. U hoeft dus niet altijd naar uw
toestel te lopen, op het moment dat u uw status wilt aanpassen of een doorschakeling wilt
(de-) activeren. Het gesproken menu is interactief, en past zich aan, aan de toestand waarin
de gebruiker zich bevindt. Bijvoorbeeld de optie om een doorschakeling te deactiveren is
niet aanwezig, op het moment dat er geen doorschakeling actief is. Zo kunnen in de menu’s
soms opties hoorbaar zijn die op andere momenten niet hoorbaar zijn.

Vanuit het hoofdmenu kiest een 5 om door te schakelen. Om uw toestel door te schakelen
naar een toestel op kantoor kies een 2. Om uw gesprekken door te schakelen naar een
toestel buiten kantoor toets een 3. Geef afhankelijk van uw keuze een intern of een extern
telefoonnummer in. Voor de receptie gebruik toestelnummer 9. In de Televantage
ViewPoint is nu voor uw collega’s zichtbaar dat u uw toestel hebt doorgeschakeld.
