8 Fehlerbehebung

Verbranntes Brot
Das Brot hat große Löcher
Die Brotoberfläche ist
klebrig
H:HH wird im Display ange-
zeigt und es ertönt ein
Signalton
Große Mengen getrockneter
Früchte, Sirups und Körner
machen den Teig schwerer.
Dies verlangsamt das Aufgehen
des Brotes und verhindert, dass
das Brot durchgebacken wird.
Es wurde zu viel Zucker verwen-
det.
Die Bräunung der Kruste wurde
zu hoch eingestellt.
Das Wasser war zu heiß und
hat die Hefe zerstört.
Es wurde zu viel Wasser /
Milch verwendet.
Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und hohe
Umgebungstemperaturen
haben das Aufgehen zu stark
beschleunigt.
Das Brot war nach dem Backen
zu lange im Teigbehälter und hat
zu viel Feuchtgkeit aufgenom-
men
.
Es wurde zu viel Wasser /
Milch verwendet.
Der Brotbackautomat ist vom
vorherigen Backvorgang noch
zu heiß.
Messen Sie die Zutaten genau
ab.
Stellen Sie die Farbe der Kru-
stenbräunung auf „Hell“.
Die verwendeten Flüssigkeiten
sollten Zimmertemperatur (21-
27°C) haben.
Messen Sie die Zutaten genau
ab.
Backen Sie bei kühler Umge-
bungstemperatur.
Reduzieren Sie die Menge der
Hefe um 1/4 TL.
Benutzen Sie nicht die Timer-
funktion.
Nehmen Sie das Brot nach dem
Backen sobald wie möglich aus
dem Teigbehälter und legen Sie
es auf einen Rost zum Aus-
kühlen.
Messen Sie die Zutaten genau
ab.
Lassen Sie den Deckel offen
und warten Sie, bis der Back-
automat abgekühlt ist.
