periode van twee jaar na de aankoopdatum.

Uitsluiting van garantie: De lampen worden als verbruiksartikelen beschouwd en hebben een levensduur van 90

dagen of 180 uren, welke het eerste plaatsvindt. 3M VERLEENT GEEN ANDERE GARANTIES, NOCH

UITDRUKKELIJK, NOCH IMPLICIET, DAARONDER MEDE BEGREPEN MAAR NIET BEPERKT

TOT IMPLICIETE GARANTIES BETREFFENDE VERKOOPBAARHEID OF GESCHIKTHEID

VOOR EEN BEPAALDE TOEPASSING. Als er binnen de bovengenoemde garantieperiode een defect in dit

product optreedt, wordt dit naar keuze van 3M hersteld door het 3M-product te vervangen of te repareren of door

het aankoopbedrag van het 3M-product terug te betalen.

Beperking van de aansprakelijkheid. Behalve daar waar deze beperking niet is toegestaan, is 3M,

ongeacht de geldende juridisdictie, niet aansprakelijk voor verlies of schade die direct, indirect, speciaal,

toevallig of consequentieel voortvloeit uit dit 3M-product.
